Wow. I was pleasantly surprised to see that the AI coding assistant for @Xcode was actually good.

Whilst building our new EdTech platform with my cofounder on the side, I'm going to be spending the next part of my college career documenting my journey learning, and building a diverse range of cool things to build up my skills.
Matt ultimately helped me make the decision to embark on the rigorous but fruitful expedition to become technical. To understand code at a deeper level, and to be able iterate to launch myself.

He said that although the age of AI and vibe-coding closes the gap between technical and non-technical founders to some extent, being able to write, and more importantly, understand code is crucial to having a solid product that's taken seriously by VCs & investors for funding.

Had a coffee chat with @matthewriley the other week when he and a @ycombinator panel came over. We talked about the differences between the startup scene in San Francisco and Austin, and more importantly, the value of being a technical founder.

The co-founder of @neuralink, DJ Seo @djseo, and his team came to my campus last night to give a seminar on how their technology works and their vision for the future. Inspiring stuff y'all.

Hm.. looks like if I save a draft on my laptop with an image, and post it on my phone, the image doesn't work. Here's the visual for the post:

The list of semi-finalists for a startup pitch comp released, Buuut I didn't make it on there... It's times like this where I look back to the countless business comps I had to lose in high school before I had my first win and got some prize money in the bank. Onto the next.

How important really is a personal brand? Guess I'll give it a try and find out. This guy just drove past me in his Corvette playing Family Business on full blast, and got a lil' inspiration. Documenting the journey won't hurt.
