I know most people stopped paying attention to this game after Evo, but SNK didn't fix top tier at all, they just took Billy out of it. Taking Billy out actually makes things worse because Hotaru/Hokutomaru have one less check on them. Game is more unbalanced than ever.

In the "top 8 is on Sunday" era, 5th place coming from winners is the worst place. You go to sleep thinking you're gonna win the tournament, you wake up on Sunday thinking about your matches, spend all day practicing/getting ready, then you get bopped twice on stream. Horrible.

Have to miss Evo this year due to sickness. It really sucks to miss out on MvC2 but I don't want to be patient zero for this year's version of Evola. Have fun everyone, someone try out Doom and Storm in Tokon for me.
