Hey @SamsungHelpUK, query please: in Samsung gallery, if you search a person using their tagged image, if you select a photo under their name and edit e.g. Crop, that image completely disappears from that tag. Any suggestions how to find thst photo amongst tens of thousands pls?

Other than bing copilot being quite good, it seems Google doesn't want you using Google anyway because the search widget keeps closing when you move off it rendering it useless unless you remember to open in browser.

Never did I think that in 2024 I'd find myself searching with bing (copilot) than Google. Copilot just finds the answer and links to verify this information. Google gives you lists and lists of things that might be, but most of the time is not the info you're looking for.

Hi @SamsungUK. There's a tab s9 ultra 5g bug I've encountered on a brand new (today) device where settings keeps crashing. Can't reset any app. Also meant for next day delivery but didn't happen. Samsung can't replace for at least 10 days until they receive my return. :/

Samsung phones are great in the first few months. But a few months down the line, they're all so slow and unresponsive. #s23ultra Does the same happen to the newer iphones? S23 ultra ALWAYS misses spontaneous photos. Double tap to unlock...let me wait 25 working days to open cam

Hey @SamsungHelpUK my fold 3 front screen stopped working so getting it exchanged on @ee insurance. I'm trying to do a back up with smart switch but it keeps suggesting I NEED to delete 16,777,215.74TB to back up. 🤣 BTW, David at Samsung customer care was fab.

Hey @SamsungUK, excellent customer service BTW regarding a repair for the A70 I got my sister Dec 2019 (sim card stopped working after update. @ThreeUK store team kindly tried sorting too) CS was a 🌟Arranged collection of device so no need to travel to repair centre. Kudos!
