The result was when I needed to ID the renegade Shin Malphur, I chose VIP #1978, for the year that Stephen King's "The Gunslinger" was published. Likewise, when I needed to ID Callum Sol, I used VIP #1991, for the year King's "The Waste Lands" came out. 3/?

I noted how the Young Wolf is id'ed as VIP #2014, for the year o.g. Destiny 1 was released, and how Oryx's #2015 is for the year The Taken King was released. So I tried to keep that up where applicable for canon characters that didn't have a tag like that. 2/?
