Know where their bags are. @BreezeAirways wouldnt even book them a hotel room for the night, even though their plane had a mechanical issue that forced them to divert to another airport and cancel entirely. My singers have no clothes or toiletries, nothing, and we can get ANYONE.

Leaving them stranded in New Orleans. (Destination was LAX, not LA) Then @BreezeAirways has no flights to LAX until MONDAY (our show is Sunday) and they will not rebook them on another airline. My singers had to book one way air on Southwest for tomorrow, and they STILL don’t.

Hey @BreezeAirways My first experience with Breeze and it’s been horrific. You need to make this right. I booked my dear friends/background singers from CT to CA for 2 shows we have this weekend. Flight diverted due to mechanical, long delay, bags unloaded then cancelled flight.
