As Kentucky’s only club in MLS NEXT, we are very proud to represent in the hardest and most competitive youth soccer league in North America. In this platform we compete exclusively against MLS academies and the top teams from the very best clubs in the country.

We are now inviting elite 12- or 13-year-old boys for private trials to train with our @mlsnext teams throughout April and May, prior to your local tryouts. Trialists can be offered a confidential opportunity with direct feedback prior to trying out at their respective clubs.

One of the biggest weaknesses in high school & college athletes is their diet. If you want to gain weight & build muscle, you better start eating intentionally. Food is fuel. You can’t eat like a bird if you want to play like a bull! Training & rest is key, but nutrition is king!
