Feeling very proud of my better half 😀.
I am very grateful to @telethonkidsCC and @telethonkids for supporting my research. I cannot thank enough my amazing patients, my mentors @DrEndersby and Dr Nick Gottardo and the brilliant brain tumour research team for continuously inspiring me to do better.

Emeritus Professor Tom Lyons was my PhD supervisor, a mentor, and friend. A great loss to the community, decades of service at @MurdochUni, he taught thousands of students, and contributed a great deal to better understand how the land and atmosphere interact, you will be missed.

Refreshing to see some academic institutions breaking away from over-reliance on so-called traditional measures of academic excellence.
Impact factor abandoned by Dutch university in hiring and promotion decisions. "Utrecht University in the Netherlands will judge its scholars by other standards, including their commitment to teamwork and their efforts to promote open science" ⅓ 👇

The color of the landscape matters, find out a bit more about my research in this article.
If you've ever switched from a black car to a white one on a hot day, you'll know how much of a difference colour can make to temperature. So what if you scale that effect up to the size of WA? @rockym93 talked to @MurdochUni's @Jat_science to find out:
