Recently started getting goodfood mealkits. Definitely elevates weeknight dining. But the excessive packaging and icepacks that go in the garbage is a big turnoff. @Goodfood_CA any plans to bring back your reusable box program? Or at least ship kits in winter with plain ice?

"Why is it that the media swivels its spotlight to land on #FreedomRally when Indigenous land defenders are being quietly, ruthlessly removed from their territory at gunpoint for protecting their lands?" @RAVENtrust on the unequal freedom to rally in peace

More than 100 orgs are in this week's Hill Times calling for @ExportDevCanada to end the billions in public support it provides the oil & gas sector each year. The #G7 meeting is coming up - stop funding the climate crisis. #cdnpoli Read the Statement: https://t.co/xkUWJgUhK6

This is a smart move and any device with a weight/speed that is much less than cars but greater than peds should be accommodated. But what to call them? Mobility lanes are ok, but what does that say about walking, transit, driving? How about -mod lanes -mezo lanes -middle lanes

Great point by @ijmontufar @marnie_peters: need to design for what you can't see; many disabilities are invisible. If you exclude people by design (literally & figuratively) you won't see them there. This gives the misleading impression that inclusive design isnt needed #CITEConf

Kicking off the #CITEConf, @marnie_peters talking about accessibility, design & human rights, not using cost as an excuse for creating exclusionary designs and debunking some myths eg TWSIs ≠ silverbullets; straight crossings more useful for navigation w guide dogs than TWSIs

On the cusp of a slow but joyful reopening, how can we make the city more fun this summer? And here's an overlooked idea: fun equity. Great ideas from @GraphicMatt and lots to ponder https://t.co/mu98K8jzo1

The reward for weathering a year of COVID rules and getting vaccinated should not be just a city where summer seems pretty much cancelled.

#CarbonPricing is key to building a clean, innovative & competitive economy. Supported by business, economic & civil society leaders, it reduces emissions effectively & at a lower cost than other policies. @SP_Inst applauds today’s landmark decision from the @SCC_eng.

Hey @BikeShareTO what's the deal with the imminent removal of @transitapp functionality? Would be a real shame for integrated mobility to lose that!

“Labour won an election majority, meaning they could govern alone. But Ardern invited the Greens into a “cooperation” agreement, saying it would benefit from the expertise of the Green Party on climate change and child wellbeing.” This is what leaders do.

Deal with Labour stops short of a coalition but will see Green’s co-leaders, James Shaw and Marama Davidson, hold ministries outside of cabinet
