I'm late to the party, but I just read this article re responsibility for PPC ads on default landing pages in #UDRP proceedings - I finally understand the issue. Thanks @domainarts for a great overview, and thanks @jintlaw for directing me to it at the @ICADomains Member Meeting!.
Some #UDRP panelists blame the domain owner for advertising links that appear on a registrar supplied default landing page. Is this ever justified?
