The withdrawal of IAEA inspectors from #Iran should represent the crossing of a red line for the U.S. and the E3. It's long overdue for the IAEA BoG to refer Iran to the UNSC and for the E3 to invoke the snapback sanctions mechanism. Though Tehran will try to leverage IAEA access.
