ANY TREATY AUTHORITY TRYING TO USURP POTUS AUTHORITY TO MOVE TROOPS NEEDS THOROUGH SCRUTINY. IN SOME WAYS POTUS HANDS ARE TIED BY FORCE OF THE LAW IN A TREATY OBLIGATION. BUT NO ONE OTHER THAN POTUS, SHOULD HAVE THE FINAL SAY IN OUR OWN TROOP MOVEMENTS.

The premise is fucked up. Potus controls how many troops he dedicates to NATO or the UN or any other Treaty defense obligations. Don't commit more troops to these Treaty obligations than is necessary or impede the defense of the US as The Primary theater of Concern.
