As well as the usage of stickers and most likely liner shading if any shading at all, together indicate that this is 100% a “mass produced” factory hand engraving job. This is not $35,000, this is not 18 months of work. Here’s a gun we did in 2 weeks, for comparison.

Which is a term for small designs that are means to be easily copied between different guns. They do not conform to the shapes and lines of the firearm, they are just meant to be repeatable and easy to place. Old American is inherently cheap (most surface with least hours) 2/.

Hand Engraver here. Without being able to pixel peep this blurry image, this is absolutely cheap factory engraving. It’s some flavor or Old American styling with no format empathy, each piece of scroll is what we call a “sticker”, 1/?.

If someone wants a group gone, they must make it so that every one of them costs the oppressor one of their own. That is deterrence. Putting the power to defend themselves into peoples hands keeps people alive now. You’re advocating for the oppressed to remain without claws.
