Spurs have officially signed guard Kyle Mangas to a Two-Way contract and have waived Riley Minix. Mangas is a 6’4 two guard who is good spotting up on the wings from deep and can run some pick-and-roll. He averaged 18.5 ppg & 5 apg with the Austin Spurs this season.
