You need to master the "alignment conversation." Here's what I think generally works: - Be CLEAR on Expectations (Training, Coaching) - IMMEDIATE, Direct Feedback (Don't Wait!) - Consistent Follow-Through (Follow Up) - Own Outcomes Together (Support, Not Gotcha)
