We lost 3 days out of a 10 day holiday because @TUIUKb put a family with autistic child in a hotel only suitable for adults (drugs, partying and more)!! @TUIUK not even charged by hotel for the 3 days but still won’t compensate us for losing our 3days. Disgraceful service

This was our lovely hotel courtesy of @TUIUK . Family friendly with residents partying all night, trying our door and people taking drugs. Thanks for the offer of a £70 gift voucher but we kindly decline. 3 days of holiday wasted. Please refund us back for the days we lost! #tui

Anyone else notice that since 5g been introduced phone network coverage has been utter SHITE !! @ThreeUK get back on 3G or 4G ffs. No coverage anywhere anymore!! 5G for what?? All networks the same . . . 🤯

@TUIUK how you can even advertise this hotel on your app is beyond me?? Then say it’s ok for families?? I want a refund asap so we can move hotels. Will be taking this further!!!!!!

@TUIUK won’t move us and refusing to take responsibility after telling us this place was suitable for our child who has ALN!! Will be taking this further. . This is the worst hotel weve ever stayed in, and simply unsuitable for children and families

Just had our first night in Ibiza with @TUIUK . Hotel guests on drugs and ‘noises’ from the rooms around us !! Nice view of barbed wire from room and generally really not suitable for children (TUI said this was a child friendly hotel). Honestly disgusting
