Last night, I handled and received a blood bro with TB/pneumonia in the ICU that was late diagnosed. Suddenly upon receiving, we immediately resuscitated him for 30mins. Sadly, he expired. Prayers for him early 30s palang sya and sobrang loved sya ng fam. #HIV

“Cardio is not for me” mindset ko ito since i started working out. Payat ako. But hey! Ito pala ang makakatanggal ng stubborn belly fats ko. 10k a day. Plus target protein (500g chicken breast+3-5eggs+150g bangus). Displina is a +++++
