I love your husband ,, he needs to cut everything with your daughter.... She's not his daughter .. Since your daughter decided to stopped calling him Dad then she shouldn’t expect a father treatment from him at all.
My husband raised my daughter since she was 7. She's 28 now and always called him "dad." Then her real father got out of prison and came back into her life. Suddenly my husband got jealous. She stopped calling him dad, started using his first name, and he completely switched up.
