Well there is no other consistent way of measuring it hence all these different shouts of world class. For the most part top 10 to 15 is world class because its the "top" class in the world, so it makes sense.

The thing about "world class" is that everyone discuss it, but no one defines world class the same.😂 Saka, by the typical definition of being top 3 in your position, is world class. It just sounds weird because the overall level has dropped from what we are used to.
