Writing is a superpower. Even if you are really bad at it, just keep at it. Put pen to paper and get after it everyday. Journals, blogs, tweets, articles, books. Doesn't matter your trade. Just write. #writing.

Going “all in” doesn’t work. It’s backed by biology and science. @stevemagness, loved seeing this in the WSJ today. Almost done with “Win the Inside Game”. It’s a gem - well done! Appreciate your personal and vulnerable story throughout it.

The very best way to figure things out… journal. Writing down my ideas, feelings, emotions, and stressors helped me crystalize what worked and didn’t worked for me. I still journal, but not enough.
