@AmericanAir Total time delayed was 26 hours. I have been credited with 12,500 miles, which I had to fight for and this is not CLOSE to making things right when AA gives passengers $300 for giving up their seat.

@AmericanAir also waited over 5 hours for all of this. Waited in two different lines to get our vouchers, rude agent and then both computers broke.
