I hope the @ErgosZoom community enjoyed the steady state session with the @BritishRowing Men’s Sweep Squad today. Hopefully we can do this again soon. Great to feel part of a larger rowing community all enjoying the benefits of our sport.

I have never cried watching @bbcstrictly but I could not stop whilst watching @RoseAylingEllis and @pernicegiovann1 The most incredible dance and performance I have ever seen! Completely blown away! If you haven’t seen it watch it on BBC iPlayer.

Just had my 3rd Covid jab. Thank you @NHSEnglandLDN Living with ulcerative colitis means I am immunosuppressed so having this gives me much more protection. See you in 6 months for my booster jab. 🙌
