Has anyone else had difficulty removing the new flimsy lids of the Greggs coffee? (So as to add sugar.) They're almost impossible to prise off and hard to replace? My last one leaked over my clothes! @GreggsOfficial

@mouldygoldfish Form is working again at https://t.co/m3g88NrqKq if you wanted to ask for any of the prezzies in the letter. Mark fixed it after what appears to have been internet maintenance not within our control. We'll keep an eye on it in case they do it again!
