8/ So if you’re trying to build in Web3, forget the perfect playbook. Start with your gut, and the strategy will show up, but only if you do. And remember:. If you don’t change, nothing changes. ❤️

7/ These days, I create with intention, but it still starts the same way it did on Day 1:. A spark of curiosity, and the courage to hit ���post.”. That part never changes.

6/ That’s the secret nobody tells you about creating in Web3. You don’t start with a strategy, but in reality you earn it by testing, sharing and most importantly: by failing in public. If you're afraid to look dumb, you'll never get far here.

5/ Over time, that messy curiosity became clear patterns. And I noticed what people actually cared about, which stories spread, which communities grew, and why. That’s when I realized:. Brand = Repetition of what works + aligned with who you are.

4/ It’s extremely important to be constantly seeking out opportunities to get involved in projects and situations that will give you real experience. Treat it like an internship.

3/ So, what you need to understand is that you don’t have to ask for permission or wait for an invite. Look for ways to jump in and earn experience. That’s how I ended up in NFT communities in the first place, from Moderator to Community Manager, Space host and so on.

2/ The first real lesson was realizing that Web3 moves way too fast for perfection. If I kept waiting to feel “ready”, I’d still be on the sidelines. So I followed my gut, but gut alone isn’t enough, you need to pair it with consistent work.

1/ When I started, I had zero idea what I was doing. There was literally no blueprint, just curiosity. I showed up, shared what I found interesting, experimented with communities, learned from people I admired. No plan, just me, showing up.

I had no mentor. No one explained how to “make it” as a creator in Web3. So I had to figure it out the hard way, turning random intuition into an actual strategy. Here’s how I did it 👇🏽
