UEFA, too, has learned some lessons. It updated its Authorisation Rules for club competitions after the European Court’s ruling. The problem is: these still violate EU law. See my earlier thread here 👇.
@UEFA has published its new Authorisation Rules governing International Club Competitions. They are meant to bring its rules on third-party competitions (like the Super League) in line with EU law – but they don’t. Short thread focusing on 3 key issues.
