I’ve bought a ticket @greateranglia accidentally using railcard option which I used at the weekend. How do I pay the difference. Staff at station unhelpful and rude. A genuine mistake bought to attention before travelling.

Honestly….@McDonaldsUK your #rayleigh branch has to serve the worst food ever. Always cold. Order never correct. Fries which are as dry AF & never the quantity ordered. And as for service….rude staff. Food flung on counter. Everything too much effort & no apologies. The worst.
