Falls week @NHSaaa at UHAyr. We issued post fall pathway posters to all inpatient areas, discussed the new nursing immediate post fall checklist sticker and issued lanyard cards with guidance for recording lying and standing BP and neurological observations #FallsAwarenessWeek
