Great discussion about the FAST exam by @UltrasoundMD on EM:RAP I think we share the same (very obvious) take home point: only use the test on the appropriate patients However, my guess is that the majority of abdominal FAST exams performed every day don't follow this advice

I know we’re all about bigger screens, but lately I’m enjoying the portability of the iPod and the @ButterflyNetInc on shift (especially with having to see so many pts in waiting rooms). Anyone else doing this? Or like, is everyone just using iPads?
