Qullamaggie’s 10/20 rule on the indicies keeps you in 80% of the good times and out 80% of the bad. The other 20% is discretionary (short breath rallies).

Clear high and tight flag setting up before entering it's stage 2 uptrend.
with a 37% short float, a breakout into stage 2 is BOUND to yield a huge move into prices untouched for 2 years.
