Braylon update: He walked out of NKC hospital around 12:30am. All the scans were good. He’s tired and sore but otherwise doing fine. Again, thank you for all the thoughts and prayers. Braylon definitely feels loved.
Thank you for all the thoughts and prayers. Braylon is conscious and has all movement of arms and legs. They are going scan his spine for precautionary reasons.
I asked my daughter what she wanted from me for her 17th birthday on Wednesday and she said let’s go get pedicures together. So the dogs are going to be presentable for a little while. Proud of the young woman she is becoming. She has a 4.0 and qualified for nationals in
In this video I’m celebrating with my brother in law Isaiah Ramirez as the chiefs win the super bowl. Isaiah died in a car crash last Sunday at 3am. He turned 23 the day before. We’ve played more 1v1 games of basketball than I can count. He lived with us his 8th grade year.
Glad I got to see
@sam_sweeney16
and
@72Tait72
play their last high school football game. Both played well and made big plays to help the Missouri side take home a victory
Got outplayed fine. Got outcoached yeah. But I don’t think that game shows that Brady is better than Mahomes and that’s what’s going to bother me the most. This was a system win and the bucs defense played lights out, but Brady will get all the credit. 🤦🏾♂️
I have worked/work with a lot of teachers and coaches who try to teach kids to have integrity, treat others with kindness and respect, to be accountable and decent ...and then will turn around and vote for a guy who exhibits none of those qualities. Please practice what you teach
Happy Birthday to my wonderful daughter. I don't like how fast you are growing up, but I am proud of the young woman you are becoming. I hope you have a wonderful day.
Shout out to my dad who is currently in Ghana. It’s his 70th birthday today. He’s done so much for me and all of his family. Thankful for all the lessons I’ve learned from him.
"Being good at what you do is partially about competence, but not exclusively.
Two other things that matter:
Reliability. You do what you say you're going to do—on time and as expected.
Enthusiasm. You're excited to be here and eager to work on this problem.
I had a great time catching up with
@16_Billy_GOAT
,
@JarrettRoss_42
, and
@kolin_hayes
. Three special football players that are going to be great husbands and amazing fathers in the future. It’s been a privilege to watch them grow up.
Hard to believe that 4 AFC championships appearances, 2 super bowl appearances, and 1 super bowl win feels like we underachieved. Grateful yet frustrated/disappointed
Bray was frustrated after this race but the video is the first time I’ve seen him compete this year. Some stuff to clean up but much better than last year.
My mans
@christianb_2002
and
@nykbryant25
exploded in the 1st and 3rd qtr to put the game away and I lost count of how many blocks
@a10h_
had. Great work fellas
All though my kids were initial reluctant participants in the Harvesters delivery I appreciate them taking time out of their snow day to give back to the community
I know two people who won't do anything about what happened yesterday.
@HawleyMO
&
@RoyBlunt
. And people in Missouri will still vote for them or someone like them because they are selfish. They care more about being able to shoot an assault rifle on the weekends then the safety
I don't know if DMX is currently in my mount Rushmore of hip hop artists, but he was definitely my favorite in high school and my go to for getting hyped before a football game or a track meet. His combination of energy and rawness was on another level. RIP X
I know I didn't learn about this when I went to
@ParkHillSchools
. I hope Social Studies/History teachers cover this now. Students need to know the full history of America. The good and the bad.
At Allen field house watching
@youngoch
do work. Seems like just yesterday I was watching him and
@Ronnieb_8
go back and forth at the district championship. KC has some talent.
Happiest of birthdays to my beautiful loving wife. 2020 has been garbage but as you always say “at least we have each other.” I wouldn’t want to go through a pandemic with anyone but you.
I grew idolizing Jordan more than Kobe or Lebron but one of my favorite moments of Kobe's career was his 1st NBA Final, Game 4 against the Pacers. Shaq fouls out and Kobe takes over in overtime scoring 8 straight points and telling everyone to calm down because he built for this.
This would have been Braylon’s All-American jump but they called him foul. Instead he tied for 8th and didn’t qualify for finals because of scratches. What do you think?
@PjCaldwell2
Gave me some headaches along the way but will go down as one of my favorite athletes to coach. Good luck at Butler. Keep grinding. 3x All-state track athlete.
I still remember
@Ronnieb_8
coming out party his sophomore year of high school in the district championship game. Lots of tough catches over the middle. We’re proud of you over at the hill.
"The Process:
1) Decide what you want to achieve.
2) Try different ways of achieving it until you find one that works for you.
3) Do more of what works. Do less of what doesn’t.
4) Don’t stop doing it until it stops working.
5) Repeat."

Park Hill keep checking in and looking out for each other. Take time to reflect on the blessings in your life. We will come out stronger from this.

of our schools. Common sense gun reform shouldn't be difficult. But money and power are more important. Until Americans and more specifically Missourians stop being selfish this will continue to happen. At least try and put some obstacles in the way to prevent these incidents.
How does a non peaceful transfer of power work? Obama showed Trump the ropes as he left (even though I'm sure he didn't want to) Bush to Obama was peaceful. Has this ever happened before?
Just got done with a great day of skiing at
@CopperMtn
with my boy
@SoldierCoop
. Shoutout to him and my friend Craig for the hookup on the ski gear.

In a surprising number of fields, you can find success if you are simply willing to do the reasonable thing longer than most people."

1. Loves to hit.
2. Loves the weight room.
3. Great football intelligence and instincts.
He will be missed at the hill and the college that gets him is getting a dawg.
I’m sorry but if I’m a bengals player and we get a taunting penalty because some random dude off the bench comes on the field to celebrate, we have to fight.
That's when I knew he was going to be special. Talented, yes, but he put in the work to be great. How could you not respect that. Gave my kids extra hugs tonight. Encourage everyone else to do the same.
