What's worse than heartbreak? Watching your own body betray you, time flying and little to zero progress. #osteoarthritis .#fundraising .It all started after a car accident on the 20th of April, 2023. Lols, I thought I was a regular pain but I was wrong!!!.

Life felt stolen, piece by piece 💔 simple things like walking, standing, running and even sitting that I take for granted now feel like a luxury and have become impossible to do. Looking to raise funds for my surgery, $20 thousand, for both hip replacements.

Ever since then, I've been bedridden, the pain isn't just physical it is soul-crushing. My left leg shortened and I started limping until I couldn't stand again. My right leg deteriorated before my eyes. Every day the pain gets worse. It's beyond excruciating.

By then it was already in stage two, and the pain was freaking intense. When i got back home onn the 5th of January after an outing with my friends I couldn't feel my legs. On yhe 6th, which was on monday, I was on my way to work when I suddenly fell down and couldn't walk again.

I thought I'd heal but I didn't. Over the month I kept taking pain relief to ease the pain. Should have gone for an X-ray earlier but I was too careless and didn't. By the ember months, I started limping and finally went for the X-ray. Lo and behold I was i had osteoarthritis.
