After a busy week, very therapeutic spending time looking after the garden in Frimley Green 💐🌺🌷🌻

Many Thanks to the residents who stopped for a lovely chat, and to the one kind resident who added a rose tree under the sign, I can’t wait to see this in full bloom.

Dear Fellow residents, . I hope you all had a great weekend enjoying this glorious weather, spring is finally on the way! . I thought the Frimley Green sign and flower bed were in need of little tidy up so i spent some time making it look better.

As there is always a lot of this type of ad hoc work around the county, Surrey Highways cannot give a specific date for when it will be done, and it could take anytime up to 6 months after being requested before the lining contractor will get round to this location.

The road markings will be repainted as part of a series of works of similar relining requirements in the borough, these were approved following being checked by an engineer.

Last week a Frimley Resident brought to my attention the badly marked yellow lines on Frimley Grove Gardens. Whilst this is outside of the ward I represent. Im pleased to help and now have an update I can share.

in preparation for the works being ordered in the new financial year, along with all other 2023 Surrey Heath parking review agreed locations. Work would then be expected to take place sometime during the Summer, but greatly depending on contractor workloads.

Update on Ansell Road double yellow lines extension :. The proposed extension of double yellow lines in Ansell Road has been advertised and subsequently agreed for installation. The termination point of the lines has been spray marked on the ground in preparation for the works

Whilst out undertaking my weekly walkabout in our local area, I’ve noticed one of the Media Broadband Box had been knocked down and damaged at the bottom of Ansell Road. I’ve contacted the relevant provider and this morning I’m delighted to notice it has been fixed.

Purley Way footpath. I’ve been made aware by a local resident that the pathway along Purley way has finally been cut back and is now satisfactory once again. I can only apologise it took so long for Accent Housing to accept responsibility and carry out the work.

Hi All. Due the bad weather in December, the Jingle Jog had to be postponed, fortunately it was rescheduled and took place yesterday. Many thanks to all the participants and the fantastic organisation staff and it was great to see and be part of this great event.
