Starting with 12.3.0, the weather radar will project scans in 3D space, unlike previous versions of X-Plane. This means that with the tilt function, you can preview the entire shape of a cloud (in 2D cross-sections, of course!) Coming 2025 😇

It's getting a lot better. Not there yet, but I've had more success in the last few hours than the first couple of days. Bugs to be fixed, but the real quality of what's possible with MSFS 2024 is finally beginning to show through.
We are seeing significant improvements to the capacity and access issues and are planning to gradually increase capacity while we monitor the situation. We are feeling optimistic that players will be able to access the sim and take to the skies. We thank you for your ongoing

Planned a full review of MSFS 2024 in the next PC Pilot. At this rate, we'll be hard pushed to deliver it. Like many I haven't got in yet. Either stuck on the menu or hovering over the airport waiting for the flight to load. Waiting for the next @MSFS_Support update....

This is a rather lovely piece @LeadbeaterChris and a good read. Not surprised it was popular the first time round! It's shame that the Comet 4C didn't make the list - although the earlier versions had obvious issues, the 4C was loved by passengers and lasted until the early 80s.
Very rare that @TelegraphTravel offers a Part Two on a story, but the original version of this did so well that it merited a follow-up. In short: The world's greatest ever passenger planes; the ones we missed the first time around (but the readers didn't):
