Produce from North East Kent Farm Cluster - everything from peppers to oats! Just missing the meat, cherries, asparagus, plums, apricots and milk! Lots of interest and the school kids loved sampling it. #ekpm

I’m looking forward to starting a new chapter— progressing on from the current vegetable setup to take on an exciting role bringing vegetables back to Quex Park after 25 years!

Beetroot looking good! Only water received was during germination via drip tape, or the timely downpours!

Courgettes won't be long! No notable differences between compost and no compost, also notably alot more moisture on ground that was worked 4 times (sub, rotavate x 2, power harrow) before planting than the subsoil and rotavate ground ....

Nice to get something off the ground after a difficult start, lack of rain and water supply doesn't feel me with confidence...

Living land - showcasing farming in North East Kent. Nearly 3,000 kids and some worn out voices 🤣 Real interest in what makes their toast and sandwiches!
