@iWomansplainer Why isn’t there more research and information about fertility tracking and natural family planning? When I tell docs I want to do that, they just laugh and say “ok, see ya again soon!” Wrong answer

@JackieFrancesca @iWomansplainer And with all of the scientific resources we have, why can’t we get that number lower ~and~ significantly decrease fertility issues for women who struggle with that?

@JackieFrancesca @uncoolmom92 @iWomansplainer When used correctly all the time, fertility awareness methods are between 91% and 99% effective at preventing pregnancy. If you do not follow the instructions exactly, it is only 76% effective. From the NHS website. So if you do it properly it's very good.
