Genuinely I don’t think a QB has ever been better in loses than Stafford. Even his lows are no where near the lows of most of these guys
Notable “not their fault” QBs stats in playoff losses Stafford: 6 games 328.8 yds/game 63.4 cmp % 11 TDs 3 INT 100.7 psr rating Allen: 7 games 264.4 yds/game 62.1 cmp % 12 TDs 4 INT 89.1 psr rating Rodgers: 11 games 262.7 yds/game 63.1 cmp % 20 TD 11 INT 87.9 psr rating

I feel like he’s gonna cook with Kyler ngl
#Rams OC Mike LaFleur is scheduled to meet with the #AZCardinals for a second, in-person interview today and tomorrow, sources say. An intriguing candidate.

With this style of pass attack that is lethal, I just don’t think the offense needs 50 yard runs. I mean that’s nice and all but the constant 5-6 yard runs set up this offense for consistent success > big play success, which they can find from the pass attack

Some might want a more explosive RB or something but to me im fine with where the run game is. A few variables: 1. Rams had the best rushing success rate in the NFL in about a decade 2. Part of that consistent success is because it is NOT a big play threat 3. Corum grew a lot
Rams have $55 million in cap space and 2 first round draft picks If at least 2/3 of that doesn’t go into defense idk what I’ll think Here’s my list of Rams needs: in no particular order - CORNERBACK(S) - Outside linebacker - 3rd WR (tutu was a let down) - backup guard

What did he do to them to get less reps than smith and mumpfield…
No disrespect to tutu but they lost this championship in the offseason if this is how you are going to use your #3 WR

This game was a culmination of the entire season: Offense moves the ball effortlessly but can’t finish on 3rd down and redzone for some inexplicable reason Defensive pass rush hasn’t been up to par and the secondary isn’t good enough Special teams made costly errors
All the rams demons came up: - costly special teams - terrible 3rd down offense - pass defense being wildly inconsistent - bad red zone offensive play calls - bad clock management before the half A shame that everything boiled up at once. But it’s been there the WHOLE YEAR

Was the top 10 defense in the room with us? Cause I saw an over performing defense that was exposed as a BOTTOM 10 defense in the last half of the year
This will go down as the biggest "what if" season in Rams history. They had the MVP playing the best football of his future HOF career (Matthew Stafford). The best WR in football (Puka Nacua), and a top 10 defense. Great season for most, but it should considered a failure.
