What are the IP rules surrounding AI art like DALL-E? Asking for a friend.

I just spent 2 hours responding the emails I procrastinated responding to over the holidays 😑

Really struggling with how to manage and motivate a team during holidays and at the same time give each member their well deserved break. Also in the back of my mind knowing there is an important deadline coming up that is glaring at me like a deer in headlights. Help.

5/ Finally, getting our MVP out the door required a lot of hard work and persistence. We faced countless setbacks, challenges, and obstacles along the way. So many in fact, that I felt we were a cursed company. It's not easy, but with determination and hard work, we did it.

Another challenge we continue to face is finding the right balance between simplicity and complexity. Striking this balance can be difficult, especially as first-time founders who did not have a lot of experience in product development.

3/ One of the biggest challenges we faced when creating an MVP was scaling down and deciding what features to include. We were tempted to include as many features as possible, to try to bring the most value to our customers, but we overlooked our core mission and functionality.

2/ However, being a first-time founder, the process can be especially daunting. It required a lot of planning, research, and hard work to create a product that is both viable and valuable to our target market. Even with months of development, you still don’t know if has value.

1/ Starting my own company has been an incredibly rewarding experience, but it has also been incredibly challenging, especially as a first-time founder. One of the biggest challenges my co-founders and I faced is getting our MVP out the door.

Just getting the chance to check out OpenAI and I’m speechless. This is going to totally change the education landscape. I sincerely wonder how institutions will come up with a way to hinder students from using this.

For the past 6 weeks, I’ve had the privilege of building and leading @StartatShea first open incubator called The Lab. One of the biggest takeaways I’ve learned from this experience is how there is really no clear cut playbook on how to start a company. Life would be so easier.
