As someone who was diagnosed with ADHD young and was told repeatedly by teachers "you just eat too much sugar", I've never felt more seen in my life.

This is why I love old vinyl shopping, you find the best odd peices of history. Heres an album from 1875 called The Good Earth by Manfred Manns Earth Band that came with a free square ft of earth in Wales. And inside was a newspaper clipping about it. #VinylRevival #music #nature
