Sold my first domain on @spaceship, and I’m getting 95% of the funds! Selling domains finally feels great again. Huge thanks to @NamecheapCEO for disrupting the industry! 🚀. 🚫 Sell a DN on GoDaddy with their lander. → GD takes 15–20% from you. 🚫 Sell a DN on GoDaddy without

Logos have fascinated me since I was a kid. As domainers, we’re naturally connected to them. So I’m curious: .Which logos of your own #domains are your absolute favorites? .Drop them in the comments 👇🏻.
Let's not overcorrect with the trad-logo hype. Logos are difficult to analyze, in that the only thing we can say is the following—The purpose of a logomark is to distinguish a brand from the rest. There are a few exceptions, maybe if you're a corn trader, you'd want the logo to

There are so many people who have an old, unused, abandoned car sitting in their parking lot (me included). They’re just lucky Shane is a domain dealer and not a car dealer 😂. Owner: “Hey, that’s my car!”👀.Shane: “You’re not using it, it’s old, but it can help me close a deal
@ShaneCultra They're not "your" exact match handles, they belong to someone else. Just because you picked up a domain that makes it easier to hack their account doesn't make it okay. How noble of you 🙄 you only steal things that people aren't actively using. Do you hop into their registrar.

Popcorn post of the day 🍿. Funniest part? The comments: “Shame Cultra” … “DomainShame.”.Regular people insult you by calling you names. Domainers insult you by inventing you names — personalized, creative, and almost brandable 😂.
Please don't follow @ShaneCultra's advice in today's blog post, it's a federal crime. Here's my comment on the post for posterity:. I kept reading the intro waiting for you to say you're just joking, but it seems like you're being serious. That's illegal hacking and violates

Darcy, you are a FAN of innovation, but Richard IS an innovator, that’s the first thing to understand. The second thing is this: .if he truly weren’t innovating.(as you claim), people would already be using the 0%–5% alternatives you’re mentioning. Those options have been
@NamecheapCEO I'm a fan of innovation. All I'm saying is the only thing that you've currently 'innovated' is a 5% landing page that syndicates to Namecheap + Spaceship. We have 0% Landers at @NamePros and DomainEasy We have 3% Landers already at @unstoppableweb .We have 5% Landers @Dynadot.

I’ll open another subject for discussion in the industry:. ⚠️ CAN #SPACESHIP BECOME AN ALTERNATIVE TO #ESCROW TOO⁉️. It seems @Escrow_com is going backwards in service quality, reminding us that in business no company’s spot at the top is guaranteed unless it keeps improving and
What happened to @Escrow_com?.Their service has gone to shit. It is all delays in payments, lies, more delays in emails replies, new reps that don't know shit, no status updates, etc. What is a good alternative you are using?.

Most of the time, posts asking for a #domain and flaunting a “big budget”, but giving only a vague idea instead of specifics are just engagement bait, and it always works! 🤦🏻♀️. Do you agree?.

Domainers:.How much do you think the entire Afternic sales database is worth?.Now, imagine you know an #afternic employee ready to sell it, what would you pay max for that kind of insider gold? 🤔.

Looks like my last post about BrandBucket touched some buttons. The very next day, the owner posted a response (the last time she tweeted anything about #BrandBucket or domains was back in 2013!). And what she said in this sudden “resurrection” was even worse than 12 years of
Disallowing Afternic listings for BrandBucket inventory was a great decision for our business. Since March, transactions are up 15%, and revenue is up 25-30%. Before the policy was announced, we tested with various portfolios, and the results were the same. We can speculate why:.

🚨 Warning to domain sellers: BrandBucket is a nightmare! 🚨. This is one of many reasons why BrandBucket is a disgusting platform and the worst place to list your #domains. The seller received only $1,355, even though the sale price was over $2,500 (an 84.5% higher value!).The
Earlier this year sold .h/e/y/p/i/v/o/t d/o/t c/o/m via brandbucket and @afternic both. how? i had listed domain at brandbucket who from their side in turn had listed at afternic for which i had approved their fast transfer listing and it was sold via afternic. for me sale price

#Domainers. Can someone explain to me why the founder of .(Todd Han) have only 13 followers? .Few weeks ago was even one digit followers, i even thought was a fake account. The fake accounts that follow Swetha got more followers. What impressed me even more

Actually there were 13 followers, Todd is a great leader with integrity and clean karma. If you are not following him yet. 👉🏻@dynatodd
@ShaneCultra @dynatodd @NamecheapCEO About 1.5 years ago someone posted: . ‘Guys, look, that’s the owner of @Dynadot with just 100 followers.’ . That’s how Todd’s presence on X really started. And BTW he was the first CEO in industry replying and helping his clients on X. Now he’s at 2,500. Not bad growth for a.

Oooh yeah! 💪🏻 .Bravo to the braves!.GoDaddy paid $71.4 million to take out of the game, leaving domainers without a fair good alternative and GD keeping their monopoly alive. But guess what? @Spaceship is Dan 2.0. Now domainers are making their move again,.
afternic.com
Afternic is a one-stop site to buy, sell and park domains. See for your self why Afternic is the world's premiere domain marketplace and exchange reseller.
@NameBio So how do you explain the interruption by DAN? They gained so much momentum that GoDaddy had to buy them out. It shows how much power domainers actually have and if they throw their weight behind a company that company will rise to become a force in the domaining aftermarket.

This looks detailed at first glance, but @NameBio in points 1 and 2 says: "you end up with less money if you sell through GD channels but your lander is at @spaceship.".He forgot to include another scenario that completely neutralizes that narrative:.If you price your names on.
Trying to decide between Afternic and Spaceship? Here's the definitive answer. The last time we got an annual report from Afternic for our portfolio, 36% of sales came from landers. The rest was DLS, of which 80% was GoDaddy itself and the remainder was external partners. This.

Domain investors expect #Afternic/#GoDaddy to reduce the exaggerated 15%–30% fees, but instead, Afternic introduces another "feature", essentially just another nasty marketing tactic to squeeze even more out of domainers. 🤦🏻♀️. 👇🏻Afternic --- Domainers👇🏻
Introducing GoDaddy Search Insights on Afternic!. Domain Pro members can now see filtered, exact-match search data from the world’s largest registrar - right in their Afternic portfolio.
