High school coaches: YOUR KICKERS SHOULD NOT BE KICKING TWO HOURS A DAY AT PRACTICE. Kicking is a high-precision, explosive movement that puts strain on the hip flexors, quads, hamstrings, and lower back. Quality over quantity. Repeated BAD, stressed reps aren’t helping anything.
