It was a great night for some mini golf and Culver’s with the video staff. The cheese curds and burgers were definitely better than some of the scores. Can’t thank this group enough for a great spring and all they do for @IlliniFootball. Super excited for the fall!!! #famILLy

Before each practice Coach Dimel would walk into the video office and check in with our students just to see how their day was going. It’s something so small but showed the kind of person he was. Truly a great man. I’m thankful to have been able to call him my friend. 💔.
Dana Dimel impacted countless student-athletes and people through his football journey and the Illinois famILLy was lucky to have him on our staff. Our love and thoughts are with his family.
