Girrrrl, don’t let critics get to you. You’re a professional athlete. That’s “star” status. There’s around 200 players in the NWSL (that you were a part of). There’s around 165mil women in the US. You’re literally considered one of the best at what you do. Use criticism as fuel!
I get I’m not a “star” in the NWSL, and given COVID I wasn’t even given an opportunity to play, but I’d like to think I still made an impact on this league during my short time. Not sure why a simple response about players leaving to Europe wasn’t the appropriate thing to say.
