Yesterday, I started my week with a “Thank You Walk” inspired by @JonGordon11 after hearing him on @RichWilkersonJr’s #MatureMe podcast. It was only 18 min & shifted my whole mindset. This A.M.? I missed. Did I fail? NO! . This is not about ✅. It’s about choosing a posture.
