The US Constitution preamble specifically states its purpose to promote the general welfare and ensure domestic tranquility. @POTUS is doing his job. Pritzer is “delivering” chaos. Perhaps a referendum would be an appropriate action - I’d prefer seeing the Guard protect citizens.
