I guess I'm glad ELM STREET 2 has had a whole revisionist appreciation for its gay themes but none of that registered with me when I was 12 when I fell in love with it, I just found it really relatable because it was about a guy who gets really nervous around girls

The first two Elm Streets are legitimately haunting nightmares that are singular in their unnerving atmosphere. The third one is a really fucking cool 80s horror flick that they then remade three times.
