Giving all English teachers double the amount of PPA everyone else gets to account for marking. And yes I know double isn't enough but it's a start.

Thanks to all that voted. Personally I start with Y11 then move on to 6th form. Timetabling is often a solo pursuit in schools so always good to know what others do.
