LOVE Wk 7 lessons @belleriverbucs .Did you know our brain has a natural inclination to notice negative things, the bad stuff sticks! This negativity bias helped our ancestors survive but is not helpful today. Use GRATITUDE to rewire your brain so the positive stuff sticks too!

Happy World Ocean Day!🌊Everything we do affects our oceans & all life. Pollution created, stuff we dump down drains etc… often end up in our oceans. 71% of earth is covered by OCEANS. Perhaps we should call our home “Ocean” rather than Earth🙏🌊🐟@gecdsbpro.
