My 5th graders welcomed spring by partnering with the preschoolers for a special reading and activity session using The Very Hungry Caterpillar. 🐛🦋Together, they explored this beloved story, fostering a love for books and building connections across ages! @JMI_Edison

We closed out our poetry unit by using the skills we learned to explore poetry visiting various stations-proving that every line has a story waiting to be uncovered! 📝🔍@JMI_Edison

We have been learning how to convert measurements! Today we put that knowledge to the test and measured different objects around the room in centimeters. We then converted them into mm, m, and km! This also helped us practice our skills in multiplying and dividing decimals!
