I've lost my purpose in life. My purpose used to be to inspire other people with my art and advocacy, but now I feel that people just aren't in the mood to see my art or hear about my advocacy. No one wants to listen to my drumming at performances for my band either. I don't.

I missed the first hour of F1 because I got stuck in a negative thinking trap during the movie where I was thinking about how past acquaintances treated me and things that I did back then to deserve that treatment. Even with high quality sound and film, my thoughts still turned.
