in the season opener at home today with 18-3 win over IVCC. Big day at plate lead by Jake Klepacz (2 hits/3RBI), Jaden Jackson (2 hits, 3B & 4 RBI) & Luis Delgado with his 1st HR of the year. Wolves are 1-0. Next game is Friday down in Vincennes, IN.
We have a new Hit King at Joliet! Congrats to 2B Noah Mazza who today broke the 18 year old career hit record held by Wally Wieczorek. Mazza got the record in the top of the 1st with a single for career hit

Wolves win 6-5 in 10 innings over Tyler! Brock Bolser with the go ahead home run in the 10th for the lead and Matt Ostrowski threw 2 scoreless innings for the win! Wolves are now 5-1 on season! Doubleheader tomorrow vs Tyler starting at 4:00!
On a positive note - Jake Brnca reached base all 6 times today going 5-6 with 4RBI. Adam Knerr hit his first HR of the season. And, Anthony Agne had a single, double & triple and also had 4RBI.

Another sweep day for the Wolves as we took both from College of DuPage with 5-2 win in 1st game and then - for second day in a row, we walk it off- Down two in the 7th - Dolan Glasgow’s 3 run double wins it for the Wolves! We improve to 23-16 on season!
Lets take a moment to recognize Sophomore pitcher, Jake Carlsen. Although 1-2 in his last three starts; Jake has thrown 17 innings with a 1.05 ERA. Allowing 7 hits and 2 ERs - and striking out 21! Keep it up!
