JID published a Special (double) Issue in honor of esteemed economist Peter Lambert, Vol. 32, Nos 3-4: Sept.-Dec. 2023. It was presented festively to Professor Lambert at the University of Oregon this winter. Some contributions are now Open Access (as per authors' means)!.
